Build a Career That Actually Makes a Difference
Not just a job. Work that changes lives, including your own.
If you’re looking for work that feels meaningful at the end of the day, you’re in the right place.
At Strategic Therapy, everything we do centers around helping children grow, communicate, and gain independence. That kind of impact doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of people who care, show up, and stay committed even when the work is challenging.
We’re not just building a team, we’re building a community of professionals who believe in progress, patience, and purpose.
Whether you’re experienced in behavioral health or just starting your journey, you’ll find an environment where you’re supported, trained, and given the opportunity to grow.
Because when you help one child succeed, you help an entire family move forward.
You Don’t Have
to Navigate This Alone!
Finding the right support for your child can feel overwhelming. The waiting, the uncertainty, the pressure to make the “right” decision, it adds up.
Start With One Child. Change Everything.
Every breakthrough, no matter how small it seems, matters. A first word.
A moment of eye contact. A successful routine. These are the moments that stay with families forever.
As part of the Strategic Therapy team, you’ll play a direct role in creating those moments.
We invest in our staff because we know great care starts with supported professionals. You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing guidance, and the chance to build real skills in a growing field.
If you want a career where your effort leads to visible, meaningful change, this is it.
