Built on Care, Work, and Real Opportunity
We bring together animal care and hands-on training to support people as they rebuild stability and move toward long-term independence.
Paws-to-Share Foundation was created with a clear idea in mind: meaningful work can change the direction of someone’s life.
At the center of everything we do is the sanctuary. Animals come to us needing care, structure, and consistency. At the same time, individuals entering our programs are looking for a path forward, something steady they can rely on.
That’s where the work comes together.
Participants take part in daily care, learning how to handle, support, and understand the animals. It’s practical, hands-on, and grounded in routine. Over time, those routines build confidence, skills, and a sense of purpose that carries beyond the sanctuary.
This isn’t a short-term solution. It’s a process built around consistency, responsibility, and real progress: for both people and animals.
Our Mission
Paws-to-Share Foundation brings people and animals into a place where care, routine, and hands-on work create real progress.
We provide safe support for animals while giving individuals the chance to build skills, regain stability, and take part in work that matters each day.
Our Vision
We want to build a place where animals are cared for with patience and consistency, and where people can step into a new chapter with support, responsibility, and purpose.
By bringing these two needs together, we create space for trust, growth, and lasting change.
How It Started
This work began with a simple idea.
Some animals need consistent care, and people are looking for a way to get back on their feet. Bringing those two together creates something that works for both.
What started as a small effort has grown into a structured program. Today, the foundation supports animals while also providing housing, training, and steady work for individuals leaving difficult situations.
The focus has stayed the same. Keep the work practical. Keep it steady. Let progress build over time.
What We Focus On
Each part of our work supports the next. Together, they create a structure that helps both people and animals move forward in a steady, practical way.
Animal Care
Every animal here receives consistent attention, from daily routines to medical support when needed.
The goal is simple. Provide a safe environment where they can settle, regain strength, and adjust at their own pace.
Skill Building
Participants take part in the daily care of the animals. They learn through real work, not theory.
Over time, these responsibilities turn into skills they can carry into future opportunities.
Community Support
The impact reaches beyond the sanctuary. Animals and trained participants take part in visits that bring comfort to people in different settings.
These connections help build confidence, awareness, and a sense of purpose.
Our Commitment to Transparency
We take our responsibility seriously. Every part of this work is handled with care, from how we support the animals to how we manage resources and run our programs.
We aim to be clear, accountable, and consistent in how we operate each day.

Our Philosophy
Healing works both ways.
When someone steps into a role that involves caring for an animal, something shifts. Responsibility builds over time. Confidence follows. There’s a sense of being needed, and that matters.
At the same time, the animals benefit from steady attention, structure, and patience. They begin to settle, respond, and trust again.
This process is shared. Each side supports the other in a way that feels natural and steady.
Over time, those small, consistent moments lead to real progress for both.
Support Our Mission
The work continues every day, one step at a time.
With the right support, both people and animals can find stability, build trust, and move forward in a meaningful way.
If you want to be part of that process, there are ways to step in and make a difference.
Stay Connected
If you’d like to keep up with what’s happening here, we share updates as the work continues, from progress at the sanctuary to stories from the people and animals involved.
It’s a simple way to stay updated on our work and see how things grow over time.
