Headed by (name), our lawyers are advocates dedicated to each client and ensuring they receive personalized attention. This includes the following:

  • Clients can contact their attorneys at all times. No questions asked.
  • We don’t work for physicians or corporations – we work for YOU!
  • Each client is treated fairly and with compassion.
  • Necessary resources are invested to maximize the chances of recovery.

Trusted Advocates with Proven Results

We have recovered millions of dollars in damages for our clients. These include clergy abuse cases that have been swept under the proverbial rug. We are not afraid of going after powerful religious institutions such as the Catholic Church if it means our clients get the closure and compensation they deserve as sexual abuse survivors. We have advocated for the following:

  • Adult victims of sexual abuse or assault
  • Child victims
  • Adult sexual abuse survivors who were sexually molested/abused as minors

Sexual abuse of a minor is a unique statute since it involves elements that must be proven in court to sustain a conviction. Lawyers for Victims has prevailed in several cases in Maryland. We are tough and relentless in our pursuit of justice and have helped hundreds of sexual abuse victims get justice and damages for their pain and suffering.

Besides representing victims against offenders and the institutions that harbor them, we also ensure they feel the repercussions of their actions. In Maryland, most sex crimes are considered felonies which carry lifelong repercussions. We will ensure your abusers feel the full brunt of the law and you receive the compensation you deserve.

We aim to help victims understand their legal rights to compensation and other legal relief and develop a strategy to address their pain points. Our legal team invests the full measure of their skills and experience in each matter, irrespective of its complexity or the institution under scrutiny.

We are nationally recognized as advocates for sexual abuse survivors because we leave no stone unturned to seek justice for them.
