Fast-drying waterborne polyurethanes for 1K coatings with self-crosslinking traits at room temperature. Their films have high hardness, excellent heat and abrasion resistance, good solvent and chemical resistance, high resistance to weather and contamination. They have been widely used in wood, metal, glass, Interior and exterior wall coatings, metal surface treatment and other industrial coatings.
Elastic and durable OH-functional polyurethane dispersions for waterborne 2K coatings stoving systems. Their key property is their similarity to conventional PU coatings so that equal performance can be achieved in some applications. Their hydroxyl content ranged from 1.5 to 2.5 percent. They are characterized by high hardness, elasticity, excellent abrasion resistance, weather resistance and hydrolysis resistance. They can be used alone or mixed with water-based hydroxyl polyacrylic resin and water-based polyester etc. They mainly be used in 2-pack systems with water-dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinker or be combined with an amino resin to formulate water-dilutable stoving coatings and primers which cure at approx. 100-140℃.

Based on polyester, high hardness, high gloss, and dries quickly. It has excellent wear resistance and resistance to bond. It is mainly used in printing varnish, wood coating and the modification of acrylic emulsion.
Based on polycarbonate and polyester, excellent water resistance, alkali resistance and hydrolysis resistance. high hardness, good wear resistance, and chemical resistance. It can be widely used in wood, floor, plastic coating, and acrylic emulsion modification.
35% Solid content, based on polycarbonate, high hardness, excellent wear resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, stain resistance, water resistance, and good solvent resistance, chemical resistance. It can be used for metal, glass, wood coating and industrial coatings, etc.
Lower hydroxyl content. Its film has excellent hardness, good water resistance and good resistance to alcohol after adding water-dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinker. It can be used for water-based wood and decoration coatings, etc.
Higher hydroxyl content. Its film has excellent hardness, excellent water resistance and excellent resistance to alcohol after adding water-dispersible polyisocyanate crosslinker. Amino resin can also be used for high temperature curing. It can be used in water-based wood coating, water-based floor coating and water-based industrial coating, etc.
