They are easy to mechanically foam, and mainly used in synthetic leather foaming layer. Their films have excellent resilience, excellent resistance to zigzag, excellent alkali resistance, low temperature resistance, dry and wet stripping. The melting temperature SiwoPUD®-SWU can reach more than 200℃ (without crosslinking).
Aromatic waterborne polyurethane SiwoPUD®-F945, 45% solid content, NMP and DMAC free, for synthetic leather base. It is based on polyether, and exhibits softness, resilience, good water resistance, good NaOH and hydrolysis resistance.
