30% solid content, NMP and DMAC free. They are cationic waterborne polyurethanes. They have good hardness, and are applied to wood primer to seal tannin to prevent the coating from yellowing.
NMP and DMAC free. They are waterborne polyurethanes based on polycarbonate with 60% and 35% solid content respectively. They exhibit excellent water resistance, adhesion, abrasion resistance, light fastness, and hydrolysis resistance. They are ideal materials for elastic construction coatings.
Anionic polyurethane dispersions with high molecular weight. Its coating has high hardness, and excellent adhesion to metal, glass and other substrates. It has excellent water resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, high weather resistance, and stain resistance. It can be used for metal, glass, wood coating and industrial coatings, etc. Their corresponding NMP-free products are SiwoPUD®-1620 and SiwoPUD®-1622.
These are some of our earliest products with NMP or DMAC. They have a solid content of 35-38%. 916 and 913 exhibit excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, UV resistance, and water resistance. 916 has medium hardness, 913 has more excellent wear resistance, better heat resistance and higher hardness. 352 based on polyether and polyester, exhibits high gloss and low temperature resistance. Now the corresponding NMP, DMAC-free products are SiwoPUD®-994F, SiwoPUD®-E620, SiwoPUD®-352F.
Aromatic waterborne polyurethane, 33-35% solid content, NMP and DMAC free. Its coating has medium hardness. In particular, it has excellent adhesion on PVC. It can be widely used in leather, rubber and PVC etc.
917 and 1591 are anionic waterborne polyurethane, 1217 and 1219 is cationic waterborne polyurethane. They are suitable for different customer’s formula, depending on the acidity and alkalinity of the anti-rust additives. They have excellent heat resistance and resistance to salt spray.
