When it comes to applications like synthetic leather foams, elastic coatings, or wet bonding, SiwoPUD-F945 delivers on every front. This aqueous, aromatic polyurethane dispersion is specially formulated on a polyether backbone, ensuring exceptional flexibility and durability while maintaining a soft film profile.

Supplied as a 45% solid content dispersion, SiwoPUD-F945 appears as a milky white to yellowish liquid and is completely free from NMP, NEP, DMAC, and other harmful solvents, making it a safer, eco-conscious choice for manufacturers. Its formulation is tailored to meet demanding industrial needs, with a pH value between 8.0–10.0, viscosity of ≤1000 mPa·s, and a mean particle size no larger than 200 nm. The result? Smooth, stable processing with excellent coating performance.

This PUD doesn’t just meet industry benchmarks—it redefines them. With an elongation rate of 1000–1100%, SiwoPUD-F945 allows for remarkable stretch without compromise, while its tensile strength of 22.8 MPa and elasticity modulus of 1.8 MPa (100%) offer the right balance of strength and flexibility. Combined with good shear stability, the film holds up under stress and strain, making it an ideal choice for dynamic applications.

What sets it apart is its resistance to heat, water, and alkali, key attributes for products exposed to environmental or mechanical pressure. While it does not resist yellowing—typical of aromatic systems—its mechanical resilience and elasticity more than make up for it in performance-focused environments.

SiwoPUD-F945 is particularly suited for use in synthetic leather foam layers, wet-bonding adhesives, and elastic coatings where softness, stretchability, and environmental resistance are essential. Packaged in 120, 200, or 1000KG plastic barrels, this dispersion has a 12-month shelf life when stored in frost-free conditions between 5–38℃ in tightly sealed containers.
