Despite its softness, SiwoPUD-2310 brings serious muscle, with a tensile strength of 29.7 MPa and a 100% modulus of 1.5 MPa, striking the perfect balance between flexibility and structural integrity.

Its application versatility is matched by its technical refinement. The dispersion is NMP-, NEP-, and DMAC-free, aligning with today’s strict environmental and health standards. It features a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -25°C, which keeps the film soft and pliable even in low temperatures. Its mean particle size ≤100 nm, viscosity ≤200 mPa·s, and pH range of 7.0–9.5 ensure compatibility with a wide range of systems.

Performance doesn’t stop there. SiwoPUD-2310 shows excellent adhesion to PVC, PET, and other tricky substrates. It also exhibits good shear stability, is non-yellowing, and dries fast, making it ideal for water-based inks, printed films, and textile coatings. The product can be diluted with 80–90% industrial alcohol and remains stable in storage. Just keep it in a frost-free environment in tightly sealed containers, as it contains no preservatives.
