Application:

Siwous EC-600 is a high-performance hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate crosslinker designed for use in water-based adhesives, printing pastes, and coatings. With a 100% active content and an NCO content of 21.0 ± 1%, EC-600 offers exceptional crosslinking efficiency, delivering stronger, more durable bonds in a variety of formulations. Its non-ionic nature ensures compatibility with a wide range of waterborne systems, making it a versatile solution for modern, sustainable applications.

Characterized by a transparent appearance and viscosity of 1000–3000 mPa s, EC-600 blends easily into aqueous formulations, facilitating quick and uniform dispersion. The low viscosity of this crosslinker reduces the need for pre-dilution, streamlining the manufacturing process and enhancing operational efficiency. This feature, combined with its density of 1.07, contributes to the overall ease of use and stability within the product’s lifespan.

EC-600 crosslinks water-based resins at room temperature or higher temperatures, providing manufacturers with the flexibility to choose the ideal curing conditions for their systems. With its monomeric diisocyanate content kept to a minimum (≤0.2%), EC-600 ensures reduced toxicity risks while delivering outstanding performance.
