We are a family of 4, with 2 children, 9 and 14. We traveled to Morocco in March and visited 5 cities Casablanca, Chefchaouen , Fez, Merzouga , Marakesh in 10 days. We were skeptical about our trip as we weren’t confident in booking hotels or traveling around the country. We are so glad we found Morocco Hire Car company. From the time we connected with them, they guided us very well. Their guidance gave us confidence in booking the right hotels, they were always available and worked with us closely to provide us an itinerary that fit our needs! From the day we arrived until the day we left, our driver and guide Mo was extremely kind and helpful. His driving was safe and he was very accommodating to our travel needs. Every city we visited Mo guided us with clear instructions, engaged us in conversations about history and culture of these places while we traveled by car. Mo had to take care of a car repair in Marrakesh during which time there was another driver who was equally kind and helpful that guided us for a day.

The car company arranged for guides in the various cities we traveled to. This was very helpful as we felt engaged and could enjoy the cities to the fullest. The guide provided to us in Fez was very informative and kept our conversations light hearted and entertaining.

Overall our experience with Morocco Car Hire company and our driver Mo was very positive and made for a wonderful trip! We enjoyed the country, its culture, food and the vibrant cities thoroughly! Thank you Mo and Abdul for making our trip memorable. This is a beautiful country with wonderful people. Experience with this Morocco Hire Car agency surpassed any we’ve had in our many years of global travel. As a family of four, we felt exceptionally well-cared for. They were very prompt in addressing all our inquiries, arranged for guides as needed, offered invaluable advice, and helped us find the most economical options for our 10 day trip across Morocco. The Vehicle(Toyota Prado 4x4) was in pristine condition and provided great comfort throughout our trip.

Our driver, Mohamed, was truly outstanding. His careful driving ensured our safety and comfort, and he was always ready to assist with anything. His extensive knowledge, helpful nature, and kindness made our Morocco experience truly memorable. We are immensely grateful for the excellent service provided.

This was hands-down the best car rental company we have used in decades of international travel. Abdul and Samira are awesome — so professional and helpful. In the booking process, they answered all our questions promptly and fully, gave us a lot of guidance and helped us find ways to cut costs. The car itself was in great condition and very comfortable. The driver, Mohammed Idrisi, was one of a kind. He was not only a great and careful driver, but also highly knowledgeable and helpful, and above all, a kind and caring human being. He was the biggest reason our Morocco experience was so great. We had an early glitch. I think they mistakenly gave us a more comprehensive deal than is the norm. When they realized this, they promptly agreed to honor the agreement and sorted everything out to our satisfaction. The driver, too, took it in stride gracefully, even though it meant longer hours and more work for him. I always find that the true test of a company is how they react when something goes wrong, and these guys passed the test with flying colors.

We rented a 4x4 for our entire trip, and it comfortably met our needs. The car was clean and spacious. We loved our experience and highly recommend them. Our driver was Marouen. We appreciate his amazing service, punctuality, and efficiency. We were able to clearly communicate with each other in very good English, and he has funny jokes. He safely drove us to our destinations (Marrakesh, Merzouga, Fes, Chefchaouen, Rabat, and Casablanca) and masterfully navigated various routes. Throughout the trip, Marouen was very attentive (e.g. check-ins/slower speeds when I felt car sick, taking us on pharmacy runs when my husband caught the flu). Marouen is a wonderful person, and he has been one of the highlights of our trip! He is incredibly professional, respectful, kind, and considerate. He loves Morocco and his extensive knowledge shows. He patiently answered my questions about the country’s culture, and showed the benevolent soul of an honest Berber man. Marouen is an unsung national treasure!

We are 4 ladies, traveling for 9 days across Morocco. We got Youssef as our driver with a Mercedes van.

It was a grateful decision to have a private driver instead of driving by ourselves. The experience with Morocco Hire Car is easy and smooth. Samira is responsive and has sent us the photo of the car so it helped make decision easier as I was quite worried whether a normal car would have enough space to carry our 4 big luggages. The van is spacious. It can fit up to 6 people and all the luggages. It is also clean and has a comfortable ride. The price is also very reasonable, inclusive of fuel, all driving fees, and driver accommodation. We are traveling about 3-4 hours a day from one city to another every day.

We are also very impressive with Youssef. He is not only a driver but a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about Moroccan history. He can recommend attractions for us to visit as well as give us a brief summary about the places. He dropped us off at the entrance and can quickly pick us up after we are done.

I would really recommend this company. The experience is five star!

I cannot begin to describe how grateful and thankful I am to have been able to experience five days in Morocco with Mohamed as our driver. I’ve travelled to over 70 countries and this is by far the best experience I’ve had with a private driver. Mohamed is extremely punctual, communicative, a very good driver (the SUV is brand new), respectful, and most importantly his love for his culture and country truly shine through. We were two woman travelling the country, and he made us feel so protected and safe throughout the entire journey - which was extremely important to us. We were picked up at the airport in Casablanca, and spent the next days visiting Rabat, Chefchaouen and Fes (with many great stops along the way for pictures and food). Our 11-day tour of Morocco was one of the best holidays ever, and we’re fortunate to travel globally for both work and fun. We travelled throughout Morocco with a private car and driver; a long trip through Casablanca, Rabat, Fes, Sahara Desert, Dades Valley, Marrakech and Essaouira. Our driver Marouen was very professional, and made the trip effortless, stress-free and more informative than we could have hoped for. We always felt safe and taken care of.

The pre-trip arrangements with Samira were top-notch – quick response, professional, and very efficient. The magic of the trip though came from Marouen who knew so much about the country and gave us a window into Moroccan life that we could not have understood otherwise. On top of his excellent driving skills in the desert, mountains and through the busy and chaotic city streets, he continually made sure we were looked after and was always looking out for us. He recommended great restaurants that were less touristy, gave advice on must-sees, and knew the best locations for purchasing everything from spices to pottery to argan oil. He is very intelligent, caring and reflects the incredible generosity of the Moroccan people. Marouen went above and beyond to ensure our trip was fantastic.

We don’t usually submit reviews … but we feel a trip to Morocco would really be enhanced with this company and a driver like Marouen.

I cannot say enough good things about our driver, Yacine, but I will try! He was fun yet professional, knowledgeable about his country, an excellent driver and navigator, kind to everyone, proactive about calling ahead to our accommodations to let them know arrival times, thoughtful about lining up help for hauling our luggage through the tiny medina streets, and just an all-around good guy. He became a friend. It was actually not much more money, if any, to hire a car and driver through this company than it would have been to rent a car (with gas and insurance)--not to mention that driving in Morocco is not my idea of a relaxing trip! I would recommend Moroccan Hire Car to anyone traveling to Morocco. It is the perfect mix of independence and security.
