The human body is mostly microbes – trillions of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. These microbes are collectively referred to as the microbiome. Although several bacteria are interconnected with diseases and fermentation, others are important for maintaining our immune system. The human microbiome contributes to various health aspects, like functioning of the circulatory system, and is related to symptoms like obesity and anorexia.
Among the massive number of microbes, around 1,000 of these bacterial species are found in the human gut microbiome. We can also refer to it as our gut’s ecosystem (a community of living organisms that live, interact, and cooperate within the body) as they function like a vital organ

It is easy to let life happen as we get caught up in the rush of things. Because of the disconcerting inconsistency of life, most people prefer living their life by the motto of ‘eat, rinse, repeat.’
While there is nothing wrong with the idea of a firm schedule where everything is organized to a T, it is essential to give ourselves a timeout when we can relax and simply enjoy the little joys of life.
To set things right, we must begin by intentionally evaluating our best and worst-self without projecting a thought of judgment. We should be able to assess when and where we went wrong and what we did to let ourselves down repeatedly.
