We Built
This to Protect Homeowners
— Not Just Inspect Homes

The Problem No One Talks About

Most homeowners assume their insurance will be there to catch them when something goes wrong. But the reality is that many claims are denied due to issues that could have been prevented—small problems that were never identified in time. We see it every day:

The truth is, most people don’t even know their home is at risk until it’s too late. You shouldn’t have to navigate these technicalities alone while your biggest investment sits vulnerable.

So We Built a Better Way

We created a platform that finally gives homeowners clarity, transparency, and control. We don’t just find problems; we provide the bridge between your home’s health and your insurance’s requirements.

Our Story:

Hi, we’re Einav and Daniel

For over 20 years, we’ve been working in marketing—primarily helping contractors grow their businesses. Over time, we didn’t just handle marketing—we also got deeply involved in learning how this industry really works. What we noticed was surprising: Many homeowners were never offered the most basic service—a proper home inspection. There was a clear gap between owning a home and actually understanding its condition.

People were spending thousands on repairs or dealing with denied insurance claims simply because no one guided them early on. So we decided to change that. We started searching for certified professionals who actually provide these services—people we could trust, verify, and confidently recommend.

Along the way, we learned something important: Transparency is everything. We saw how many companies avoid giving prices up front. How homeowners are left confused, unsure, and sometimes overpaying. That didn’t sit right with us.

So we built this platform differently:

We carefully selected inspectors with proven experience. And when repairs are needed, we connect you with contractors featuring clear ratings, real reviews, and transparent pricing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need a home inspection if I already have insurance?

Insurance helps after covered damage happens, but many claims can be reduced or denied if problems are linked to poor maintenance, gradual damage, or neglected systems. A home inspection helps identify issues early.

Depending on the service selected, inspections may include key systems such as:

  • Roof
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Foundation
  • Pest concerns
  • Mold concerns
  • Radon testing (where available)

Pricing depends on the type of inspection, property size, location, and number of systems being checked. We offer transparent pricing and will show your options before booking whenever possible.

Availability depends on your area, but many appointments can be scheduled within a few days. In some markets, faster scheduling may be available.

Most inspection reports are delivered electronically within 5 to 7 business days after the completed visit, depending on the service and property complexity.

Reports may be useful documentation, but acceptance depends on your insurance carrier and specific situation. We cannot guarantee any insurer will accept or rely on a report.

It is recommended, but not always required. Some inspections can be completed without you present if legal access is arranged in advance.

If issues are identified, your report may outline findings and recommended next steps. We may also help connect you with qualified local professionals for repair estimates where available.

You may contact us to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment may qualify for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% fee.

We focus on helping homeowners understand the systems that matter most for safety, maintenance, and insurance readiness. Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and convenient—from booking to report delivery.
