About
Meet Cynthia Louise Cook
Equestrian Storyteller | Resilience Builder | National Champion
Cynthia Louise Cook, known to many simply as Cindy, has spent her life in the saddle and on a path defined by perseverance.
Born in Birmingham, Michigan, and the youngest of five children, Cynthia’s connection to horses started early. By the age of five, she was riding, and by eighteen, she was already a professional trainer. Over the next 30 years, she helped create champions in the world of equestrian sport.
In 1987, life took an unexpected turn when Cynthia was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Despite the challenges, she continued to ride and compete, proving that obstacles could be met and overcome from the back of a horse. In 2018, another major hurdle arrived; a severe fall broke her right shoulder. Weeks of hospitalization and rehabilitation followed.
Today, while Cynthia navigates the world with no natural balance, the moment she mounts a horse, perfect equilibrium returns — a bond between rider and horse that remains unshaken. At 60, she stands where resilience, horsemanship, and authenticity meet.
In 2022, Cynthia embraced a new chapter by entering the world of Para Dressage. Just one year later, in 2023, she was crowned the USDF Grade One Champion, a national title earned through determination, discipline, and an unbreakable spirit.

Why Cynthia Creates
Horses have been the constant heartbeat of Cynthia’s life. When illness and injury challenged her, she found strength in the saddle and clarity in storytelling.
Following a profound healing experience at a prayer service with a world-renowned doctor, and subsequent MRIs showing no active multiple sclerosis (only lasting damage from decades of the disease), Cynthia’s journey stands as evidence that setbacks do not define outcomes — resilience does.
Today, Cynthia focuses on creating real, relatable content that reflects lived experience. Her style is not polished or scripted. It’s honest, raw, and real. Whether it’s a 5 a.m. gym session filmed with shaky hands or the thrill of a championship ride, every story she shares is a testament to what’s possible when limits are challenged.
